DEVELOPMENT

TRADITION
Innsbruck, the capital of Tyrol, is where German and French cultures blend. This fused culture has shaped the landscape, architecture and day to day life.
SYNOPSIS

TODAY
Innsbruck is a tourist's dream destination. tourism is the town's lifeblood. tourism has given birth to a booming wine & craft industry. needless to say, the service sector is a strong one.

TOMORROW
Innsbruck as a whole has invested a lot of capital into medical research and technology. this attracts a lot of students to several of Innsbruck's universities giving the town a distinct contrast of generations.
Innsbruck is a place where innovation is the goal and tradition dictate the approach. Here, sustainability is obtained by crafting long-lasting, high-quality goods from nearby sources. Very self-reliant. After hours of research and interviews I did find something was missing... a garment for women servers who, during the wintertime, kept walking in and out of a heated restaurant to serve outside patrons; often leading to illness.
